Ask yourself: If the Veterans Administration is so corrupt and mismanaged, as the conservative ideology, under which the seeds of are planted when they control, wants everyone to buy into as they obstruct the budgets and do extremely little after they charge same, then why does the Private sector, many problems within rarely heard about, adopt so many practices and advanced technologies developed within the VA, for free?! The VA, DoD, and in partnership with Universities and Colleges, not just Health Care are constantly in R&D and that developed that works is quickly moved into the private, for profit, sector, even as the VA is long under funded, decades, and especially during and after our wars that the few are sent into!

Phoenix VA officials firings

And who had Executive branch control over the Veterans Administration since first Reagan admin and reagonomics new capitalism ideology. With some eight years of two more long wars/occupations, under last conservative admin, and results, policy blowbacks, from still ongoing! Coming with two tax cuts, huge for the wealthy, during same and people served told to go shopping!

And who had control of both Houses of Congress as well or filibuster obstruction numbers when not majorities, oversite and regulation, in both during same time frame! In Clinton admin Cleland tried but was obstructed by Conservatives in those Congresses. Obama admin not only brought total obstruction but also the blame as previous Congressional hearings, on same issues, did nothing after held only later to become media hyped 'scandals' led by Conservative Congressional reps! While his entire administration and Cabinet secretaries helped try and build what was promised but never done for the few who serve the many, taking on the long ignored, not only the VA, and seeking but never getting the Congressional duties charged, and succeeding on many issue fronts!

Three more Phoenix VA officials fired in aftermath of wait-time, retaliation probes
Three more administrators at the Phoenix VA Health Care System have been fired in the aftermath of investigations that focused on a breakdown in service to veterans and retaliation against hospital employees who tried to report mismanagement and corruption affecting patient care.

The Department of Veterans Affairs on Wednesday identified the terminated employees as Lance Robinson, associate director at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center; Brad Curry, the chief of Health Administration Service; and Dr. Darren Deering, the hospital's chief of staff. According to a VA news release, they were removed for "negligent performance of duties and failure to provide effective oversight."

None of those fired could immediately be reached for comment. They are entitled to appeal.

"We have an obligation to veterans and the American people to take appropriate accountability actions as supported by evidence," VA Deputy Secretary Sloan Gibson said in a news release. "While this process took far too long, the evidence supports these removals and sets the stage for moving forward." read more>>>
