December 28, 2011 - With hundreds of thousands of veterans of the recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan returning to our shores, data firmly suggests that we are facing a tsunami that could engulf and overwhelm our police and criminal court system. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder has been shown to be a major cause of criminal encounters by veterans. Many combat veterans who upon return to civilian life, have been accused of various crimes.
