Ask yourself: If the Veterans Administration is so corrupt and mismanaged, as the conservative ideology, under which the seeds of are planted when they control, wants everyone to buy into as they obstruct the budgets and do extremely little after they charge same, then why does the Private sector, many problems within rarely heard about, adopt so many practices and advanced technologies developed within the VA, for free?! The VA, DoD, and in partnership with Universities and Colleges, not just Health Care are constantly in R&D and that developed that works is quickly moved into the private, for profit, sector, even as the VA is long under funded, decades, and especially during and after our wars that the few are sent into!

Conservative Obstructionist Hold on VA Inspector General Nominee Lifted{?}

While, the norm and not surprising, whining about the, self imposed by them and the people served, media hyped 'scandals', creating even more to come in future very costly media hyped 'scandals' to politicize, they continue playing their same obstructionist governing{sic} practices!! As their supporters, the represented, continue ignoring those realities and parrot the blames they place on others!!

Easier to 'privatize for corporate profits' by taking down the mostly dedicated employee's with attacks and thus the people's responsibility to the few who served or serve them!!

Senator lifts hold on VA inspector general nominee
23 February 2016 - Republican Oklahoma Sen. Jim Inhofe on Tuesday lifted his hold on the White House’s nominee to take over the Veterans Affairs inspector general post, opening the possibility the agency could get a new head watchdog in coming days.

Michael Missal, who previously worked as a senior counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, has been awaiting confirmation since last fall and had his nomination forwarded to the full Senate in early January.

But he has remained stalled there for more than a month, thanks in large part to Inhofe’s decision to block the appointment over unanswered questions regarding deficiencies at VA facilities in his state.

The senator said he lifted the hold after VA officials agreed to investigate those problems.
