And the, grossly under funded for decades VA, budget is still mostly borrowed with interest payments, not to mention the excessive costs that under funding creates in problems causing other problems, especially the past decade plus! That's what No Sacrifice by Those Served, Poser Patriots, creates in Deficits. These recent long wars and the growing blowback from those policies have yet to be paid for!!
The President’s vision for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is to transform VA into a 21st Century organization that is Veteran-centric, results-driven, and forward-looking.The President’s 2015 Budget includes $163.9 billion for VA in 2015. This includes $68.3 billion in discretionary resources and $95.6 billion in mandatory funding. Our discretionary budget request represents an increase of $2.0 billion, or 3.0 percent, over the 2014 enacted level.
VA’s 2015 budget provides the resources necessary to meet its priority goals to increase Veteran access to benefits and services, eliminate the disability claims backlog, and end Veteran homelessness. The Budget will help ensure that Veterans, their families, and survivors receive the highest quality benefits and services we can provide and which they earned through their sacrifice and service to our Nation.

Neither of these recent wars have yet been paid for, let alone the results from, including the long ignored or outright denied existence of, till this Administrations Cabinet and Gen Shinseki, only Government branch consistent for the past six years, issues! As well as under deficits most of the, grossly under funded, VA budget is still borrowed thus added, problem creating, costs that shouldn't exist!
