Ask yourself: If the Veterans Administration is so corrupt and mismanaged, as the conservative ideology, under which the seeds of are planted when they control, wants everyone to buy into as they obstruct the budgets and do extremely little after they charge same, then why does the Private sector, many problems within rarely heard about, adopt so many practices and advanced technologies developed within the VA, for free?! The VA, DoD, and in partnership with Universities and Colleges, not just Health Care are constantly in R&D and that developed that works is quickly moved into the private, for profit, sector, even as the VA is long under funded, decades, and especially during and after our wars that the few are sent into!

No Proof Veterans Died Because of Delays

Review of Alleged Patient Deaths, Patient Wait Times, and Scheduling Practices at the Phoenix VA Health Care System

Summary: This is the final report addressing allegations of gross mismanagement of VA resources, criminal misconduct by senior leadership, systemic patient safety issues, and possible wrongful deaths at the Phoenix VA Health Care System. The OIG found patients at the Phoenix VA Health Care System experienced access barriers that adversely affected the quality of primary and specialty care provided for them. Patients frequently encountered obstacles when patients or their providers attempted to establish care, when they needed outpatient appointments after hospitalizations or emergency department visits, and when seeking care while traveling or temporarily living in Phoenix. In February 2014, a whistleblower alleged that 40 veterans died waiting for an appointment but the whistleblower did not provide us with a list of 40 patient names. However, we conducted a broader review of 3,409 veteran patients identified from multiple sources, including the electronic wait list, various paper wait lists, the OIG Hotline, the U.S. House Veterans Affairs Committee and other congressional sources, and media reports. We were unable to assert that the absence of timely quality care caused the deaths of these veterans. Tens of Thousands of Veterans have died over these decades of, by those 99% served, Poser Patriots, ignoring and denying the many issues from Test Vets to PTS to Agent Orange to Gulf War Syndrome to recent Burn Pit Contamination's and that's an extremely short list, and now those served are recognizing deaths in these recent 'scandal?' times. Which were finally being addressed by the Shinseki Veterans Administration and with help from this entire Executive Administrations Cabinet when then can under their charges, certainly Not By The Peoples Reps In Congress or State Legislatures, obstructing in the budgets needed!!

Congress and those served they represent, especially the House, continues doing nothing, including blocking anything the Executive branch tries!!
