One of the problems in the VA agency, because of conservative obstruction and under funding especially when waging rubber stamped wars, is the ability to create an oversite group within to carry out regular inspections of operations, especially when some within bring politics and personal greed to their jobs. Nothing is free, no matter how those 99% served want it to be as they add ignoring to many issues from our wars. This is costly and so are constant fixes that should be already built in and thus saving everyone. The job of the peoples reps is, not top seek privatization for corporate profit off the peoples treasury, and has been to make sure that funding is allocated, fulfilling the peoples responsibility, hasn't been for decades now!!
