Direct result of congress, and the people they represent, not fully funding the VA, decades now, as they rubber stamp war costs on the credit card and few questions asked! Not enough to properly monitor by the VA officials and over load to the agency from the wars they are veterans of, along with ignored, by those served, issues finally being addressed!
Not too mention the society mentality with drugs cure everything in the over drugged population we now have, legal and illegal!!
