At least some 95%, if not more as less then 1% serve them, not only still support the, just below, total lack of Sacrifice, they ran from any and all Accountability and left everything still on the table to be continually used if the political/military want was still in play in future executive/legislative wants!!

Ask yourself: If the Veterans Administration is so corrupt and mismanaged, as the conservative ideology, under which the seeds of are planted when they control, wants everyone to buy into as they obstruct the budgets and do extremely little after they charge same, then why does the Private sector, many problems within rarely heard about, adopt so many practices and advanced technologies developed within the VA, for free?! The VA, DoD, and in partnership with Universities and Colleges, not just Health Care are constantly in R&D and that developed that works is quickly moved into the private, for profit, sector, even as the VA is long under funded, decades, and especially during and after our wars that the few are sent into!

Add in the issues of finally recognizing in War Theater and more Veterans, by the Shinseki Veterans Administration and the Executive Administrations Cabinet, what the Country choose to ignore from our previous decades and wars of: The devastating effects on Test Vets and from PTS, Agent Orange, Homelessness, more recent the Desert Storm troops Gulf War Illnesses, Gulf War Exposures with the very recent affects from In-Theater Burn Pits and oh so so much more! Tens of Thousands of Veterans' that have been long ignored and maligned by previous VA's and the whole Country and through their representatives!

House Committee on Veterans Affairs: 9 October 2013

This hearing goes on tomorrow the 9th, it should be an interesting view if streamed or on C-Span, no links yet. Will it continue the Chairman Millers, and his tepub fellow representatives, long standing run of attacking the VA, along with the many National veterans orgs. they have scheduled also do, while saying they are there to help, their jobs, but do nothing even close to, like fully funding and demanding the country sacrifice finally. The House budget bill is seeking $6.2billion cut in the Veterans Administration budget while they have lately not only attacked any VA participants in their hearings but Gen Shinseki has been their main target, why because unlike the political tools under republican administrations he's actually addressing veterans issues long standing and for these present veterans and still with an under funded budget but getting help from this administration and it's cabinet agencies, even calling for him to step down. If boehner allowed a vote in the house, instead of the government shutdown and the threat of government default on the government borrowing, their once readily rubber stamped and supported, not long ago, would Miller and company vote with the teabags or for the Veterans and Military and their Families! Tune in tomorrow, we'll be able to see, where they stand as we will the re-active National Veterans orgs.!

I stopped posting up these many hearings because all they are were platforms to attack and then the committee doing nothing but media speak after, again those also were attacks, and none performing their jobs, unless of course an election was near then they throw crumbs out in mostly meaninglessly bills to look like they really support!!

Note: whelp don't know about any others watching or listening to this hearing but it didn't disappoint as to my comments above. Plenty of attacking coming from them tepubs, the norm, and not only directed at Gen Shinseki but the Senate leadership and the White House, the latter the only government branch and it's cabinet consistently doing anything they can for us veterans as well as the military personal and families of, they don't make the budgets!!!!
