Ya see, all the extended training military personal receive to not only function in that military community, wherever sent to serve, but to defend and protect are still not considered, much like the years of innovative experience of civilian workers, because it doesn't include the training supposedly found in the higher education industry now thus not up to snuff, by the mostly service sector economy we now have, by the 'human resources' personal to function in their labor family and corporate mentality growth! So one way is to involve the government agencies in helping, even though under funded, especially as to wars and personal sent to serve in as well as when they join our veterans' community when released from that service, and those served still don't find that they should sacrifice!!
