They are calling it the "Frankenstorm," with many saying that Hurricane Sandy is one of its kind for the last 100 years. Team Rubicon, however, is about to get nasty. At this time, Team Rubicon has mobilized six response teams stretching from D.C. to New York, with a larger contingent of volunteers on standby to reinforce where needed. Team Rubicon's Director of Field Operations, Andrew Stevens, and corresponding leadership from the area Matt Pelak, JC McGreehan and Stephen Hunt, are drawing up plans to repel Sandy's advances.
What can you do to help? Well, first, if you're in Sandy's swath of destruction, get out or hunker down. Make sure you have food and water that will last at least 7 days. If you're not in Sandy's path, help support Team Rubicon's mission! * * * vist team rubicon>>>
