Ask yourself: If the Veterans Administration is so corrupt and mismanaged, as the conservative ideology, under which the seeds of are planted when they control, wants everyone to buy into as they obstruct the budgets and do extremely little after they charge same, then why does the Private sector, many problems within rarely heard about, adopt so many practices and advanced technologies developed within the VA, for free?! The VA, DoD, and in partnership with Universities and Colleges, not just Health Care are constantly in R&D and that developed that works is quickly moved into the private, for profit, sector, even as the VA is long under funded, decades, and especially during and after our wars that the few are sent into!

Won't be so Easy to Rip off Soldiers Now!!

Watch tepubs start screaming about 'regulations', to much government interference on these businesses, in 1....2....3.......!

Feds create database to find those who rip off soldiers
JANUARY 25, 2012 - Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman joined officials from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Department of Defense, and the Federal Trade Commission today to announce the development of a database to combat consumer financial frauds directed at military members, veterans, or their families. The Repeat Offenders Against Military (ROAM) Database will track completed enforcement actions against companies and individuals who repeatedly scam military personnel.

Today's announcement comes months after Schneiderman secured a $3.5 million settlement against Rome Finance Co., Inc., an unlicensed lender. Rome solicited through storefronts, including “SmartBuy” in New York, that targeted servicemembers for sales and financing of high-priced electronics. The servicemembers were locked into Rome's high interest revolving credit contracts, which resulted in the troops paying undisclosed fees and incurring massive debt. Schneiderman's investigation revealed that this network was targeting servicemembers not only in New York, but also in California, Tennessee, Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, and even overseas. read more>>>

    Barbara I suggest you stop making false statements against every company you've tried to extort. My suggestion to anyone reading any comments in this form, verify the individuals who write them. Look at the Maryland Judicial records for Barbara Jin Turner or a variety of other alias's. She has been trying to extort and manipulate companies and people for years and has a rap sheet to prove it. It's a shame this has to be a form where one never knows the backgrounds of those who write these comments. There is no way to verify unless you do your homework. It was a huge mistake to anyone that ever encounters the likes of Barbara J Turner as she has twisted every aspect of the truth trying to hurt anyone that doesn't do exactly as she say's. Let the truth come out as you do your research. Good luck and stay out of her path!
