Soldiers coming out of the Military into Veteran status have most of what any employer wants and needs to grow! They're highly trained to work together to accomplish the goals! They're trained in using their common sense skills, not taught in today's education environment, to accomplish and survive! Very important is the training in critical thought, which also has been abandoned especially in early education, to not only work together but to survive and protect those around them even when one is not a combat soldier! No matter their billets within the Military the training is instilled and is quickly transferable to most professions but especially to any trade type professions which cannot be taught in a classroom but on the job! The education in this country has become an industry, paying schools and teachers to classroom teach individuals that can learn better and faster on the jobsites, there are also no jobs after these classroom teachings.
