At least some 95%, if not more as less then 1% serve them, not only still support the, just below, total lack of Sacrifice, they ran from any and all Accountability and left everything still on the table to be continually used if the political/military want was still in play in future executive/legislative wants!!

Ask yourself: If the Veterans Administration is so corrupt and mismanaged, as the conservative ideology, under which the seeds of are planted when they control, wants everyone to buy into as they obstruct the budgets and do extremely little after they charge same, then why does the Private sector, many problems within rarely heard about, adopt so many practices and advanced technologies developed within the VA, for free?! The VA, DoD, and in partnership with Universities and Colleges, not just Health Care are constantly in R&D and that developed that works is quickly moved into the private, for profit, sector, even as the VA is long under funded, decades, and especially during and after our wars that the few are sent into!

Tens of Thousands of Veterans' that have been long ignored and maligned by previous VA's and the whole Country and through their representatives!

Court of Appeals: On VA Mental Health Care

Yep!! And the VA is the american public, who by the way Ignored us about PTS, not only as to war vets but the civilian populations as well, and are Still NOT Demanding Sacrifice after going into two more wars of choice which finally raised the countries consciousness so that they can no longer ignore!!!

Hell a few folks were livin off their spin on how it didn't exist, right Sally!!!

Important VCS Legal Victory for Our Veterans


May 11, 2011 (VCS) - Yesterday, the Court of Appeals ruled VA's mental health care system and disability claims system remain badly broken, and veterans face long delays to see doctors and obtain benefits. The Court of Appeals ordered VA to fix what it descrbed "egregious problems." VCS believes now is the time for our President, VA Secretary, and Congress to fix VA. The bureaucratic delays must end now.

Court of Appeals to VA: Mental Health Care Violates 5th Amendment


Veterans had our day in court, we won, and now we urge VA to move forward so no veteran is delayed or denied healthcare or disability benefits. Our nation can and must do better so no veteran is left behind as the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan wind down.

In a blistering 104-page attack on VA's long delays for healthcare and benefits, the Court of Appeals ruled, "We hold that the VA's failure to provide adequate procedures for veterans facing prejudicial delays in the delivery of mental health care violates the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment [of our Constitution]." {continued}
