Among the veterans attending was Jerry Dixon, a Newark native, age 62, who served in the US Air Force from 1966 to 1972, with tours in Vietnam. "I'm here to check on my PTSD and Agent Orange medication," he said. "This is the first time I've come to the Newark Stand Down. I'm getting most of what I need. Nobody cared about the Vietnam veterans when we came home in 1972. We are just starting to get recognized for what we did." {read rest}

Stand Down of North Jersey
Taking place across the Country! Reason, well it's always cheaper for the citizens of this country, especially the so called 'conservative' hawks, to go out and get cheap 'magnetic ribbons' and their really group fun the 'purple heart bandages' then to fund the results, properly funding the VA since Korea, of their wars of choice they send others into, oh and words are really really cheap!
